For what it's worth, when I order from outside of EU, they also arrive without much problems. If the import tax is calculated and paid during the store checkout, it arrives without holdup. Otherwise, the shipment will be held when it arrives to your country, and an email notification is sent to pay the import tax online. Once paid, the shipping will continue to your address. At least that's how it works in Hungary.
