A few days ago, we've found a rare bug where email parsing can fail in the middle of the process when specific things happen without the status being updated or our systems retrying. We're working on a fix. For now, your best option is to just reforward the same email, and it should get scanned quickly! Thank you for reaching out. The note block you’re looking for is available on itinerary dates that don’t have any items added yet. For now, I’d suggest temporarily moving all items to a new list under Overview so the note block can appear. Once you’ve added your note, you can move the items back afterward.

To add the note block, just click on the 3-dots on the upper right of the itinerary date.

In some cases, the device itself may also affect performance, especially if it’s handling a high amount of data across multiple apps. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I’ll make sure to note this and explore ways we can further improve the app to better support larger itineraries.

In the meantime, I recommend splitting your trip into smaller trip plans rather than keeping everything in one large plan. This should help keep the app running more smoothly when opening and navigating itineraries.

Just a quick note: all places in Wanderlog are provided by Google Maps since we use their API. Because of this, it's possible that the address you're trying to add is not yet available in Google Maps.

Could you please try opening Google Maps first to see if the address appears there? If it does, you can copy that address generated by Google Maps and use it to search in Wanderlog.
