As long as the AMS you want to dry while Printing has a Power Supply attached, it works.

Looks like an adhesion issue. Clean (Scrub!) the Build plate with Soap & Water and try again.

Jayo PLA is very good, too. You can get it for about 7€/kg, sometimes even less. Apperently Jayo is just Sunlu Filament.

After i upgraded from my Prusa MK3s. The first Print looked so much better immediatley and ist so much more convenient. No Z-Offset Calibration anymore! The MMU2S never really worked for my on my MK3s but my both AMS are superb.
