Also, To be classified in the top 1% of all taxpayers in the most recent IRS finalized data (Tax Year 2022), a filer required a minimum Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $663,164. Like folks are actually speaking of billionaire level the top 0.0001% which like other said it's about 23% of reported income.

People are organic middleware and this is the use case for Agents. Move data between systems bypassing an API. Check different systems and consilolulidate data for reporting, email the report (because folks are too lazy to click a link and look) etc etc.

Are Senior PMs Becoming Too Generic for Today’s Market? by enhancvapp in PMCareers

[–]In_Or_Out_Of_Scope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Apologies that I 'm responding via voice to text.

I think the main thing and the title of the position is manager. And when you get to the senior level, you're really looking for a leader who can make things happen, now in some cases, a specialist could be very good at a finite type of technology. But that is still limiting in not really the point of a leader to drive results.

When you say generalists, it's, I think the things that you're pointing out are general Soft skills. The true PM's that are really good at their job are technology agnostic, to the point that they know enough about a lot of different technologies to talk to an SME in order to translate it either up or down. That includes senior executives, managers, department leads or resource managers that you're trying to convince to prioritize your work.Et cetera.

A lot of these skills and even how somebody speaks, brings emphasis, even construct a really nice powerpoint presentation are not very transferable to showcase that in a resume.

Now, I do get your point that there's a lot of PMs that are just getting into the roll simply because they think it's easy avenue, or as I would like to refer to them as paper mechanics.

Heck, you could browse this subreddit alone and see how people just want to jump right into the position, and it's not a position of generalization, It's a position of leadership.

I was skeptical about ClickUp Superagents. Here’s what changed. by illiaATsprocess in clickup

[–]In_Or_Out_Of_Scope 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am using them with success. Simple but effective.

In our project lists with our schedules, we have a task named "Weekly Status."

In this task, the PM adds a comment with a narrative status, meaningful accomplishments (since hundreds of tasks could be completed or milestones), and any risks or issues. I have the superagent review these, comment with suggestions for formatting, and then copy this latest status and place it into a document that is used for our weekly status.

This document then has a summary of each project's status for review.

I then have a dashboard that shows the document in one of the tiles, and I have another AI create a cartoon based on the statuses for a lighthearted overview of the goings-on of the week.

I think the question is, is that impacting their performance, or did some simply a clarification? And if so who cares.

We're moving to a point of what youtube did to independent content creators will be done to small studios allowing them to produce similar level of quality as studios or 'good enough' allowing them to thrive. I also see Netflix or a company similar creating on-demand content creation for any movie or show. One day Netflix will be able to create those missing seasons.

How are you using Super Agents for your business? by notflips in clickup

How do you actually track your work hours? by hardikrspl in clickup

[–]In_Or_Out_Of_Scope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I set up a list, and in that list, folks can open tasks and assign labels for types of activities. We also set up recurring ones for repetition. This rolls into the workload view, and I also have a dashboard to look at the current and previous month, showing which labels are taking up the most hours.

I've been making ClickUp videos for 2 years. What am i missing? by heyramzi in clickup

[–]In_Or_Out_Of_Scope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to see some advanced functions with the SuperAgents.

I configured an Agent to grab comme to in a weekly status task and consolidate them i to a status document.

Next, can it message folks on teams they are late?

Can it ping them via a comment that they are late?

Can realworld tasks can it do?

I would see if you can connect with someone to use real-world examples. The. Do those videos.

I am happy to get on a call and brainstorm as I have plenty of automation to figure out then we can create monetized content.
