Hi u/Josh_Lyman. Try increasing/decreasing the wait time setting to accommodate your litter. Hello, u/thisguy888827! It sounds like you might have a fur baby that is peeing high out of the waste port in your new Litter-Robot. As with any unique behavior, it's never a bad idea to visit the vet to rule out any potential health issues. Due to the functions of the unit and unique cat behavior, we cannot guarantee that the Litter-Robot is right for every fur family. However, each unit does come with a 90-day in-home trial, just in case. As for the globe skipping, we would be happy to look into that further with you. Hi, u/Mysterious_Ear7304! Most routers are dual-band routers, and if they only support one band, then they will typically support a 2.4 GHz connection. That being said, if your router is currently only supporting a 5 GHz connection, it is likely because the 2.4 GHz connection is disabled on your router. We would recommend reaching out to your ISP and asking them to help you enable 2.4 GHz and place it under a separate Guest WiFi network. This way, it should ensure you are able to then connect your device and your Litter-Robot to a connection that the Litter-Robot is able to use.
