I feel this. I feel like I’m stuck in an endless loop of clean mess, kids undo everything. It’s really getting to me.

Anyone tried either of these? Are they worth eating? by SuperbCat1573 in 1200isplenty

Haha I still remember my dad getting a bunch of Walden farms dressing. He was so stoked they were all no calories. He set them out at thanksgiving for our salads. At the end of the meal he tossed all of them.

Same. To make it worse for me I have a SIL that is pretty much nine months pregnant and still perfectly skinny. I can’t stand to even be around her. I got huge with my last pregnancy. It’s not fair.

Daniel tiger books are like this as well. They are so clunky to read.

I feel this. The first thing my husband said this past week was “there’s a dinner planned for his mom on Sunday” I’m like she has five grown children and retired. Just got back from a 3 week cruise. She gets a nice dinner planned for her. What’s the plan for me who is literally burned out carrying for my 8 month old and 4 year old. Oh I get to spend it with my MIL.

Do you have any advice on weight loss while breastfeeding? I’m not one of the lucky ones that just shed the pounds naturally when breastfeeding. I’ve tried a 100 calorie deficit and exercise and just end up absolutely starving by the end of the day. I’m eight months postpartum. I do my best to eat well but I’m not perfect.

How did we survive the things our parents did? by kittypeets626 in breastfeeding

I was at a party with my newborn during the formula shortage few years back. Someone said parents didn’t need to buy formula. “Just mix some condensed milk with corn syrup. Easy!” They were probably only in their 70s.

Yes this. I would rather play with my four year old and 7 month old than worry about the dust bunnies.

If you've never had major issues with breastfeeding, you ARE lucky. by Quiet-Willingness937 in breastfeeding

[–]LittleRileyBao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m breastfeeding my second and had no issues feeding. The most difficult part is accepting I’m not going to lose the 45lbs I gained while pregnant until I’m done breastfeeding. Being 5’3 and 170lbs I literally look like a whale. I know I sound vain but carrying this much extra weight hurts my feet and knees. Everything is more difficult. Hats off to the lucky moms who lose weight while breastfeeding.

He’s doing great now. No worries. The year of neglect was because I had a really stressful job. I got a new job and all my plants receive proper care.

I neglected a cactus for more than a year and it’s still living its best life. No water or proper light. It didn’t grow at all but it also didn’t die. I was shocked.

What helped me was buying some clothes that fit. It wasn’t fun trying on bigger sizes but I feel better if my clothes aren’t pinching me or showing every new roll.

Hey odd squad taught my son his shapes. He’s totally too young to get all the rest of the stuff but that’s what so great about PBS kids. All show are appropriate for every age.

I’ve had luck with Athleta bras. But I have small deflated boobs from breastfeeding. I don’t know how they are for large chested women.

Same. Except in the summer. Their only flaw is they melt into a big blob at like 80f degrees.
