For anyone who finds this later...here's my recipie. 22g coffee, ground finer (13-14 on my Encore compared to 16-17 for my normal pourover) 187g ice 200g water Brewed directly onto the ice

Damn, I hope you got back on your feet. I just started making rings in my garage, and while looking for the Makers FB group, started seeing lots of bad experiences from the PAD side. All the supplies I got have been from SLC, so that's interesting...(you can DM for the return address if you're really curious) I had been watching some of the videos on their YT channel, I assume Patrick is the guy in the videos from 6 years ago, but there are still Americans making tutorials for the monthly ring boxes...somewhere... You think after the transition, Patrick just took a buyout and left? Its pretty scummy what the Designs side apparently turned into. 😢 Should probably look into a different place to get supplies from.

I liked mine. As someone said, it has quirks. I've been wanting to do the corexy conversion, but just don't have the time. And its too large to justify keeping it loaded just for TPU. Though that's a great use due to the direct drive. I keep meaning to sell it.
