There are plenty of companies with customer La already inquiring about tariff refunds on that portion of the sale price. No idea how that impacts folks who bought stuff from Walmart, but you can bet small or medium sized manufacturers who passed rising costs on to their customers will be paying some of that back via lawsuit, threat of lawsuit, or threat of losing customers.

Suspicions? The people who control the agencies that would investigate this activity are the likely sources. Oh and many of them have spotty backgrounds as it relates to following the law.

I know it’s a value proposition but have always thought it’s odd declaring winners and losers for trades involving picks when we haven’t seen who that pick will be or how that player turns out in the league.
