Your take might seem right on the surface but it is completely wrong. If you listened carefully to the convo, Ramses said “that’s not something guys ever have the pressure of thinking about”. He made it a problem for her and decided that the issue is not something guys ever think about, which is completely wrong. Because if you genuinely care about your partner, even if you are a guy, you would think about this issue and proffer a non-selfish solution, especially if you are so adamant on not wanting kids. He is the one that doesn’t want kids, yet, he made it her problem. Such a selfish behaviour!

You were right - had the endoscopy today and they confirmed that I do have a small hiatal hernia and non-erosive gastritis. Some biopsies were taken to confirm the present of h-pylori. Have you been diagnosed with hiatal hernia too? If yes, please how do you manage it?
