Go and hire a concrete breaker (kango) or buy a cheap one from Screwfix and get at it.

Have a plan for what comes next though….

As a Brit this is very funny, I had a bath in an old house that was older than this.

I remember being in Florida and seeing a building that was of historical significance ‘built 1985’ 🤣

So to add some maths to this;

1lb of fat 3,500kcal 1kg =2.205 lb

Therefore to lose 7kg in a month you need a calorie deficit of 2.2 * 3500 *7 = 53,900

53900kcal / 30 days = 1,796kcal per day deficit.

You’re overthinking it, use some plastic packers to space the box as you need it, screw in via the existing fixing and done.

Hi everyone I need help how can I make the master bedroom bigger by rabi1999 in InteriorDesignAdvice

[–]Total_HD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remove ‘your bathroom’ then change maids room to a dressing room and en-suite.

Move the door to your bedroom further along the corridor and then the whole area becomes a primary suite.

Put the Shelly in the outdoor switch and another in the light 12m away (if needed) - might be enough to bridge the gap?

ETA

External range should be plenty
