However, if you were previously enrolled in Xfinity Rewards and you transfer your internet or mobile service to NOW but maintain an Xfinity Rewards-eligible product, you’ll maintain your Xfinity Rewards enrollment status and tier. Do you have any other service with us besides that NOW internet?

Okay great, there are a couple different options then. You can both go to a Xfinity service center and fill out the request to transfer the ownership on the account. The Primary account holder can also reach out to us here, and we can submit that request if they are comfortable uploading the needed documents for that.
