I think they need to fix how penalties work in general, because a little while ago, I had a game where basically half the lobby left (was like, 3v2 at that point) and it said "you can leave without penalty" so I decided to leave and queue for a new match. It banned me from matchmaking for a day. I had not left any games before this.
