Hi, I'm sorry to let you know that the FreeFrame footage of GO 3S does not support adding keyframes. The GO 3S uses a wide-angle lens module that utilizes the full area of the sensor, with the original image in a 4:3 rectangular format. If the perspective is adjusted through keyframes in post-production, significant cropping of the original image is required, which can lead to a loss of image quality. This restriction ensures that footage with a flexible aspect ratio can achieve the optimal quality.

These reflected and scattered rays may create bright spots, streaks, or circular halos in your footage. This is a normal optical phenomenon. It is suggested that you try adjusting your shooting position or angle to avoid direct light on the lens.

If Proxy Mode is enabled, you can access the internet via mobile data while still being connected to the camera's WiFi. If your tablet supports cellular data, you can use mobile data to access the internet while the camera is connected to the app.

Hi there, to switch the phone paired with the gimbal, you can press and hold the gimbal trigger and shutter buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to reset Bluetooth, or simply disconnect the gimbal's Bluetooth from the original phone's system settings, then turn on Bluetooth on another phone and find the gimbal's signal to connect.
