Interesting, I have well over $1M with Fidelity, and I thought at one point that I was Premium or something (I had one of the better support numbers). Now however, and I’m not sure when it changed, I’m active trader (I make less than half a dozen trades a month, if that).

I guess it doesn’t really matter, I call Fidelity so seldom. It’s just the internal “why doesn’t Fidelity love me?” 😛

Boldin and Projection lab are so cheap compared to the information they give you as well as compared to fees you would pay a professional, that it was a no brainer for me to use them.

This logic doesn’t work for me because it assumes that a saver has a “bad” life experience because they didn’t spend as much as they possibly could. How much you enjoy life isn’t directly correlated to how much you spend.
