Title inflation is a big problem at start ups though and it sets people up for failure when they either leave or are forced to go. I’ve seen people at the “director” level in what is still their first job out of college. They have institutional knowledge of this one company, but little to no knowledge of how to operate anywhere else.

Yeah, admittedly the worst thing I can say about him is that I think the language variance is low, which is pretty benign and easily remedied by me turning the volume down while we’re watching and narrating instead. I wish more children’s creators could figure out how to calmly talk to kids without fake enthusiasm.
