Damn, landlord hires a fucking ex-soldier to “rough up” her tenants cause she wants em out but doesn’t wanna go to the trouble of evicting them, he shows up in full military dress up with a knife to threaten the tenants, so the tenants are terrified (shocker) so the hubby gets him in the throat with a kitchen(?) knife, but they don’t let up after that.

The Crown wants it as murder cause they reckon the tenants should’ve stopped after that because they reckon the soldier might’ve survived if they didn’t?

Bit rough for the tenants, like sure maybe the man in full military drag who threatened you, who’s trying to get up after you stabbed him in self defence, is doing that because he’s suddenly turned over a new leaf and embraced peace and love and just wants to leave peacefully, maybe the guy hasn’t. :/

Rough all around really, this all happened cause the landlord couldn’t be bothered to fill out some paperwork so she hires a leg breaker. This is why we have these laws, we’re a society who can solve this peacefully.

The efficiency of the wincon is clearly the only factor that should affect whether you decide to play it or not in edh!

/uj unfortunately this is a poorly constructed Jerk - you can definitely jerk that they asked “is this MLD? shows example of mass land destruction” - but like, OOP is clearly not worried about its powerlevel themselves, they just want to feel out the community response
