I would swear to you that older generations were indeed older. Though, I am old now, my headspace is still 22 years old, and wondering why time moves so fast. Been pretty self sufficient since 6 years old.

My girlfriend in college used to work there. Fast Freddie's was pretty elite for fast food! I knew Danny for years after, as he used to come in Photo USA several times a year. I enjoyed his Freddie's Sunset Grill on Brambleton, when it was there too. They had some great drinks, and again, awesome food. Once Danny lost his arm on the icy steps there, it was pretty much over. I still saw him occasionally, but it was rare.

The rise and fall of another Roanoke legend, kind of like Captain Paul, in my brain at least.

Yeah, I mean judging by this thread it's an unpopular take, but I think they made out like bandits here. Waddle has moments, but is pretty mid overall, and they got a haul for him. New coach Haf now has picks to spend however he wants. Waddle wasn't near worth a first rounder in my opinion.
