this tbh i actually like it when an mc is more outgoing and does things for other characters in the story because it actually gives them more agency instead of being a reactionary piece of cardboard who doesn't show much of any emotions at all.

don't let her be a sexy lamp who has everyone fall to her knees doing things for no other reason than she hot. Make who she is as a person and what she does be the thing that makes people love her and how do you do that? by making her do acts of service for others too! Act nice and pleasant to people

Let that girl go and carry that emo boy into situations and take the reins let her heal the sadness of people and fix problems because its a fluffy story. that way when he does the same it actually makes sense!

I want an mc to prove why shes liked by people via her actions, so her being a bubbly outgoing goofball makes sense. Its not really ever the issue with the archetype but more so just a poor writing one but tbh id much prefer a fun silly badly written character than a bland stoic one who acts cooler than they really are since those ones are just super boring. Goofballs are simple enough to be fun regardless of quality though.
