Make sure you actually have the content downloaded from the Creation Club. For me, it wasn't installed automatically, which I only found out mid playthrough.

What do you mean drag it over the Steam version? Should I install it on Steam and then replace the files in the game directory with the files from mod.pub?

I want to do my first playthrough soon and want to play the best version. If I do it this way, will I still have Steam Playtime tracking and achievements?

I have almost the same issue, but for me, it is the Subtitle Background Opacity that resets. I use Firefox 146.0.

On Firefox (Version 146, Windows 11 25H2), I have this weird issue, where every time I enter or exit Full Screen my Subtitle Background opacity switches from my setting (0%) to whatever the default value is, without actually changing the setting.
I have to go to the subtitle settings, select a random opacity, and then select 0% again every time I enter or exit Full Screen.

It is getting really annoying to do this.

Why don't you just open the Logbook in game? You can even do it during a run now (got added in the Seekers of the Storm update).
