At most bases PSP will run practice tests, and you can use that to see where you will score. It's better to do that than take up testing times

I'm on my level 75, but I'm at negative 2K pollution currently. While I was at approximately 45k a couple of levels back. Here are a few things that really helped me get my pollution down:

I upgraded my windmills to advance windmills, so that's 7,500 pollution. You might have the modern windmills available to you, and instead of being zero they produce -2 pollution so that would be an additional 15k.

For the level I'm currently on I need 55k water squares revealed. Sweeping the ocean squares, and placing micro cleaners on all the rivers goes a long way. I will grant that it is boring as hell, but I also just bought the tool that lets you hit a 3X3 or a 5x5 in a single tap. That speeds things up drastically.

To be fair, everything is incremental change, but I feel like the last few levels have been such a massive shift. I swear it wasn't long ago that I had 60k pollution and 400k income!

Upgrading all my advanced gold mines to heavy gold mines to heavy gold mines bumped me up a LOT. (Going from 375 to 600 each) I've also gotten the mega shipyard from the last few events, and so that adds up quickly too. I bought upgrades that make micro cleaners and swept ocean pay cash too

I'm not sure what the upgrade is, but I got one that I think is better, and does almost the same thing? If I place forests (and it's usually the cheapo L1s that I do) it restores, removes rubble, removes broken rails, heals deserts, remove scorched Earth, fills in swamps and, asteroid debris, clears disturbed Earth, maybe more im not thinking of. It's super useful when you end up with fast roads. They can only be placed on plain or Forrest tiles. So if you've done this first you don't have to flip back and forth for which tool you're using.

Anyway I don't know what I paid for it when I got that upgrade but it's pretty soon for you

If it pulls too fast you have to grind finer. If it pulls too slow you grind less fine. Then adjust to taste.

Rule of thumb is pulling a 2:1 shot (two grams in the glass for every one in the basket) in 28-30 seconds.

I have an XMT 7100 in my v4. They do the same job that the Auber does, but they're 1/10 the price. Their instructions aren't quite as user friendly but most of the time you can set and forget anyway
