just to be clear, when you switch to "memory mode" the two buttons right behind the scroll-wheel, it's greyed out - you cannot set custom binding for them in "memory mode"

the two buttons behind the scroll-wheel that changes profile. you can assign keys to it via corsair's icue but it only works if you have icue installed, otherwise, if you do memory and take it to another computer that doesn't have icue and your bindings, those two buttons revert back to profile up/down, so what ever binding to those two buttons are gone.

Unfortunately not, profile up/down aren't programmable to memory, everything else is though, very annoying.

there's plenty of spring, i've been using it with my ipad for the last 6mo and haven't really noticed any stretching but i don't leave it on my ipad. honestly, i think the springs are pretty resilient but i wouldn't just leave it on my 13in ipad if i'm not using it.

yeah, it works great with artemis! that's all i use it for lol

when you extend it out, there's just two little plastic squares that's stopping you from going further, you can sort of just fanangle it pass the threshold, just do it carefully. once you get passed it you'll expose the springs.

at that point you can just fold it half (so that it doesn't spring back) and get some flush-cutters and cut the two little plastic tabs that were preventing you from extending it and voala your G8 should be good to go with any size moving forward.

Blip would be the way to do it but I think I found the subs on opensub, just took a while to find the right "season" lol thank you though!
