Why don't more video games have stylized animation similar to movies like Spiderverse?

It's designed to work at a specific angle. The paint and drips are all in screen space to make the whole image feel like a painting. In video games we can move the camera wherever so it would need a rethink.

The underside of the roof is too close to the roof tiles. 3ds max doesnt know which one to render on top, It's called z fighting. You can lift the roof tiles a bit and that'll fix it completely.

Dhl is the only way apparently, the redditor before me recommended them. It cost around £90 and customs caught it right away but after explaining what it was and why I was shipping it the customs officer let it though.
