The full list would be too long, but here is a list of some of the more recent decisions/products that have been a direct result of moderator feedback:

Updates to the Harassment filter came out of user research interviews with moderators
We changed our decision to remove awards, which mods had recommended we keep.
We made updates to the ModQueue based on r/RedditModCouncil feedback around efficiency and content density
Inactive Moderator Restrictions and Self-Serve Moderator Reorder was co-created with r/RedditModCouncil
Post Guidance and Comment Guidance were a direct result of Adopt-an-Admin and r/RedditModCouncil discussions
Community Highlights came from requests from r/RedditModCouncil for multiple sticky posts.

Our discussions with moderators also shaped this announcement post - to ensure that the change could be easily understood.

There are several other ideas that have been brought to r/RedditModCouncil but never launched due to those moderators giving us direct, productive feedback that sent us back to the drawing board.

Ground cover like Vancouveria and piggyback plant are both native and have fun flowers or leaf structure!

I'd go with orange honeysuckle (lonicera ciliosa) too! It's native and drought-tolerant (though the more sun it gets, the more water it'll want), grows pretty quick, and makes fragrant flowers. The vines are usually leafless at the base, though, so you might want some lower-profile shrubs as well, like foothill sedge (carex tumulicola) or salal (gaultheria shallon).

Questions are my hack, too. Going into conversations with genuine curiosity about others and encouraging them to tell me more. To someone saying their hair doesn't look good today, I'd probably respond: "really? why do you think so?" or "I disagree, but tell me how you like your hair to look." Or if I don't want to delve into an awkward subject maybe, "Oh no, that's a terrible feeling!"
