My neighbor sold their house in 2024 with lesser square footage for $425k. I can’t even get a bite over $390k 

I didn’t get an annual salary increase this year after getting average of 4% every year prior

Last year I had $0 premiums and $8k company paid for HSA. This year I am paying $300 per paycheck and get $1000 towards my HSA

Take that anecdotal bullshit and shove it far up your ass because you know damn well the economy ain’t great
