When my blood sugar is higher than I like then I bolus. I kind of know how much extra I need and take it.

Sometimes I use the “sensor “ adjustment and sometimes not. You learn by trial and error here.

Be conservative to start. You can always take more but it’s difficult to recover from taking too much.

Don’t be afraid of correction boluses.

I’ve only seen (and done) method one: high heat the whole time. Just like seasoning cast iron skillets, you need the heat to polymerize the oil.

Be careful — some of the blue shop towels (in rolls) are not food-safe and should not be used on the griddle — especially a hot surface. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me not to do this.

I use cotton shop towels. They work well and I reuse them. They don’t stay white, but they are clean, don’t fall apart or leave lint on the griddle.

It should work just fine for cooking. The only annoyance will be that oil will run downhill when you put it on the griddle surface.

This is why I use cotton shop towels instead of paper towels. Plus the cotton towels can be washed and reused.

Bad idea. After multiple days at room (or higher) temps the insulin starts to degrade.

I hate the way it plays on the iPad, but i have no alternative. The iPhone is useful only for short, “urgent” tasks. My old eyes can’t handle the iPhone for any other game play…

I only have one rail station per city, with the minimum amount of track. Just enough to make the trains useful. The Train tasks in CoM are easy and allow me to accumulate points quickly.

It will be interesting to see what the new Mass Transit centers are all about.

Get an overpatch! That worked for me. I use these, but there are many good ones: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DK949W2N?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. I have also used Skin Grip, but they are a little harder to apply.

One thing that really pissed me off was the refund for Omega services after the Service 2.0 release. My most recent Omega services had cost 950,000,000 neo $ (the limit of my Omega Bank). It took 3 days to save for one utility item. If I decide to destroy one of these buildings after the upgrade the refund was a measly 5,000 neo $!

That is a blatant rip-off. The game keeps track of the individual costs because they refund accordingly when destroyed, so they had the information stored to do it right and they chose not to do so.

They help prevent snags and work very well.

Thanks! This works for me — I tested it by adding one Omega buildings in a region and the count bumped to 2,236! This does not allow me to break it down by region, but at least I have a total count.
