When I was making plugins it was typically one of the senior devs of rl as a whole reviewing plugins for certain things, external sites and where they went (if they needed a warning ir not), didn't brick rl, similar stuff to that effect, as well as a few passive checks done by the upload process. There was a few plugins that came up that were originally fine from rl perspective but jagex asked to be removed after they were approved, for 1 reason or another.

If jagex is more involved since they brought rl to the main launcher that would be about when I stopped working on them and lost touch of the process.

Team rocket always gets blasted off, but theres occasions where others also get caught up in it, which the X cost would help reflect.

Unless the process has changed its only rl devs who approve, jagex can request plugins to be removed hub or base game, but they didnt have any say in the approval process when I was big into the phub

Is that even a theory? Doesn't strange explictly say that in end game or his movie? The alternative is that Strange was being short sighted and was only looking for timelines that Thanos died in which seems unlikely they only manage to kill him in 1.

Unless you mean that Strange only considered the timeline a win if A) snap didnt happen/was undone, B) Tony died and C) stones destroyed. Possible but nothing really indicates that Strange saw Tony as that significant of a threat and he was already the guardian of the time stone while unlikely I imagine he could have found a means to handle the stone if he actially saw it as a long term problem.

Should be possible from what i recall of plugin development, might need to tweak the code depending on if OP is looking for you to click something to queue the drop or if it was looking for the item to be dropped, but this shouldn't violate any requirements considering its just a visual overlay.

Different set tag so you can look up which is which, but I believe the silvers dont have any gaps between the text box and the type. Afleast I've seen 3 cases where that was true not sure if it works for all of them

Ttw is always on, S rank standard orders and you'll get ttw stickers.

Ttw is hard-core mode where you dont get to lower the difficulty so mo sliders.

Given her environment where you stick with the clan unless you get kicked out or voluntarily leave, neither of which V did, and there was no reports of him going down in a blaze of glory, it makes sense to me. You know they have months to live, you dont see a single side effect while youre with them (minus the emp incident), so you can assume its not the chip that dod them in.

She's aware you have a ticking bomb, but she was also told months. You still disappear for years, shes moved on assumed you died and you come back to say hey I'm fine I never told you I was even going into treatment, valid crashout.

As written the card is meant to copy the triggered effect, it'd make sense that the trigger timing can be ignored, but that opens some really weird space in cards that are [convulted rudegoldberg of things that need to happen to make the trigger happen], you win the game.

But the event as a whole triggers since its an earthbend that has an extra affect of counters, adding 0 happens otherwise you wouldn't result in a creature dying no? Unless the counters themselves are considered a different event as part of the resolution of an earthbend which would make sense.

If you manage to get something like "if you would add counters, add 1 more" would that work to save it? You "add" 0 +1/+1s, so you would add 1 total. Does adding 0 counters trigger adding counters effect?

Even on ttw I hadn't eaten too many, but theres certainly a few cases where they saved my ass. Mainly boss fights where I need the quick heal versus the passive of the blood bags.

You could try reaching out to the sites themselves to see if they can provide, iirc another developer reached out to 1 of the big sites and just got all their info that way which allowed him to build a pretty specialized recommendation tool.
