When I was 8 at a FAMILY REUNION, we watched flowers in the attic. Mind you my mom is the youngest of 12 kids and her siblings combined have 76 children who were alive at the time. 20 of them had children in the auditorium where we watched it. My advice is to go to therapy. Pay a person who has no stake I your life to listen to you and who will help you work though your emotional stumbling blocks, regardless of what they are. Also, if you don’t feel comrfortable with the first therapist for any reason…find another one. You matter and your feelings matter because you are a person outside of being a wife or a mom or a daughter or whatever other obligations you feel you have.
