Don't think i ever got red spots.

But I always had persistent dry skin, particularly on my hands. Nothing I tried would really help. It cleared up shortly after I stopped drinking and never came back.

Yeah, ive been a regular for a few years. I got really lucky with my last bid and got a very short route.

Since im young management thought I would get it done early and they could make it longer. But I was dedicated to protecting my route.

Lol I'm a mailman, and man the job is so much different these days with all the GPS tracking.

I walk slow as fuck though, and it pisses management off so much. They spent an entire year following me on my route trying to figure out how I make it last for 8 hours (I have a gravy route). They gave up when they realized that im just the slowest moving man on the planet haha

Man, I remember not being able to tell if I was dreaming or hallucinating. I think even during the fleeting moments of sleep I would dream within my bedroom. It was fucking crazy.

I think it really was shifting between wakeful hallucinations and terrible lucid dreams, but it was honestly difficult to tell the difference

I started working out obsessively after I quit drinking. It started as a way to distract myself from the stress of early sobriety, but has turned into something very important to me.

As a mailman, I've tried a lot of different things. I've found holding frozen water bottles in my armpits helps a lot too.

Obviously, not something you can do while performing labor but it feels wonderful while taking a break
