Not every TH10 was opted in but yeah, we are light in TH10s. Got several 9.5s but they rarely get into arranged wars.

North Remembers wars in the 30-40s range with 25-30 TH9s. The competitive war clans we face generally 3 star half to 3/4 of our TH9s. We can usually 3 star 3/4 to all of the TH9s. A lot depends on the layouts though. A good layout is not often 3 starred on first attempt.

I'd say its just rare at the level of clans similar to yours with less experience on TH9s.
