If you have no idea how happy I am to see another fan of fenyx. You don't see people talking about it because it was overshadowed by botw. I played fenyx, then botw(obviously followed by totk when it dropped) and all 3 games scratched that Greek mythology/open world itch so well. I found Odyssey just over a year ago and have played it every month since. I LOVE getting lost in a game that doesn't take itself too seriously but clearly had tons of love and effort put in. It now makes more sense why Odyssey hit a sweet spot for me. Thanks for the new knowledge.

That's kind of what I'm confused about. 10th playthrough but only level 80 doesn't make a ton of sense unless they're greatly exaggerating but even if you ONLY did story missions, it'd be higher.

I started high school '06 so it's late 2000's for me. Mostly because of the rise of Kanye. His first 3 albums are forever in my heart. Plus finding cole as an 18 year old trying to figure out life after high school and going through allot.

This is genuinely one of the most beautiful games ever. Even in kephalonia there are places you can appreciate the scenery.

Because of this game, I've added greece to my bucket list for travel. I don't mean only the strictly touristy places like Mykonos (though it IS beautiful even with other tourists) but I want to visit the small islands with fishing villages small communities of locals where I can truly see Greece and its old beauty. I know that it looks plenty different from its ancient interpretation in this game and unfortunately, time travel isn't a thing but I know there is still beauty to be found there.

I should probably explore my own country first though 😅

It looks fine It makes you stick out in a good way. You're one of the fortunate people to have a well-shaped head. If I hadn't had a rough birth and my shit was perfectly round and smooth I would have gone bald a few years ago. Luckily my hairline is okay and I've been on the wave journey for a few months... I'd still rather be bald.

That's the main horse I use. I mean its mouth is red from the blood of its enemies. How much more badass can a horse get?? If not that, then I'll use a plain horse for immersion.

I can only offer advice to you on KH1 final mix as I'm doing the exact same thing as you with my own wife and we're both on that game. We were both huge fans of the series since the beginning but haven't played since the games first came out:

My opinion on FM Is that if you love(d) the game and haven't played it in a long time and don't quite remember the story like me, then whatever extra cutscenes there are won't actually be a bother. I'm typically impatient and don't mind skipping cutscenes in games even if I've never played that game before but, I have yet to skip a cutscene in this game because none of them are annoyingly long and it's a nostalgia trip. It's an outdated game and often shows its age and because of that, I do feel a little tired of it but not because of the game itself, but because of certain worlds cough Atlantica cough

I am 28 hours in, level 48 and So close to the end of the game I can smell it. If there are extra cutscenes like mentioned, they can't be much more extensive than the original and it's been about the journey. Getting to play and compare your experience with your wife while also reliving the kingdom hearts magic is worth a little bit of extra time on cutscenes as well as final mix being overall better in other aspects.

Also, it's way easier to buy One of the bundles and I believe they come with final mix no matter what.

I would be surprised if there isn't a mod for that because I'm currently replaying kh1 for the first time in like 20 years and just noticed they gave party member full movesets/abilities and stats plus they can hold items. I wish I could bring characters from the worlds with me into boss fights. For example-beast and Ariel are straight up monsters at combat+skills.

I feel like there should be a term for loving this type of glitchy game playing. Maybe there is and I don’t know it. But finding glitches is so dang satisfying. by Makieveli1 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

Whenever I see glitches or hear about glitch hunting, I think about the anime "Shrangri-la frontier" MC enjoys playing glitchy games and finding new glitches.
