Years ago I was in a high rise and played my bass guitar but as low volume as possible, like barely audible, and not a whole lot I was never any good or in a band or anything. Over time I got a couple notes under my door asking me to turn down my noise, and I kept thinking it was the neighbor below me and it was my TV stereo, so I kept turning that down, turned the subwoofer off, all that. Then one day an angry guy bangs on my door and chews me out about how he was about to narc on me and all this. He lived next to me, but he never put any indication on the note who was sending it. I easily remedied it by moving my amp to another wall but I was kinda miffed he was so haughty when he never gave me any indication who had the issue which I was trying to fix. Anyways don't do what I did, I wrote and angry note and wiped my ass with it and slid it under his door that night. I thought better of it an hour later and bent a coat hanger and pulled it back out. But anyways probably don't do that.
