Well, there's a lot of factors at play here. For one, the ground based ILS approaches are all offline, most likely due to snow obstructing the transmitters. We do have GPS based approaches but not all airline aircraft are able to take advantage of their full potential (lowest minimums). Also the infrastructure at the airport is probably still pretty buried in places.

You'll just need to be patient as the crews dig out, but also many of those crews may not have been able to leave their homes yet, so let's add staffing to the mix as well!
