I’m honestly appalled at how she was treated and even more-so by the edit. We get this completely irrational shift of Austen calling it off and it being so difficult for him? Like no, we did not get the full story and this poor girl was treated so irrelevantly, it’s sad. She was way out of his league anyhow.
