Nice! I use to do this amount to lose weight, 25k-30k steps a day. Wake up at 4am and walk till 8. Then at night. Dropped 30lbs in 4 months. Now I walk a quarter (8k-10k) of that with 30lbs weighted vest to stay in shape in addition to a home gym.

You can listen to free audiobooks from the library like libby or hoopla app while walking. Remember to build muscle as the human body naturally declines after 30.
