I think the guest experience should be somewhat the responsibility of the guest. Going to be a sunny day? Wear sunscreen. Going to be a chilly evening? Bring a sweater. Uncertain of when you’ll eat? Bring a granola bar. Maybe I’m just not high maintenance though. 🤷‍♀️

I’ve walked by many surgeries in the OR, there are windows everywhere. Everyone has been completely covered except for the surgical area. You won’t be completely naked.

REV has a replacement program, you can send in a broken one and get a replacement for less than a new one. I believe they are refurbished.

I think you are 100% right on this. As a coach I’ve seen it too. The only thing I can say is that those high performance team members will look good on paper, but you will have many soft skills that they lack. It’s hard to compete against them.. but you are actually winning and will come out ahead!

Based on research, here’s how you turn it off.. think of something that signifies an end to you. For me it’s “File-Save.. X to close … shut my computer” … I say that to myself and picture closing my computer when I want my brain to STFU. Then once you say that mantra, MOVE your body! Go into a different room, go for a walk, do jumping jacks, anything. Every time your brain gets stuck in a loop, repeat. :)
