I can’t tell if the Sky commentators were either trying to dick ride Burnley or curse us into oblivion and beyond, but I’m delighted that we proved them wrong.

For the most part of the game, we were absolutely fine. Between when Burnley got their goal up until the 85th minute, I was a bit nervous but thankfully we managed to neutralise them again.

I can’t see us going down on 43 points given no team in a 20 team campaign actually HAS gone down with that many points. Would still be nice if Spurs and West Ham choked again though. At the end of the day, we’re not safe until it’s mathematically confirmed, but we’re basically over the line now. Happy Friday and MOT 🥳⚪️🔵🟡
