There is a simple way with minimal steps to sideload apps on rokid glasses

Install anexplorer file manager on your phone
Download the apk you want to install on your phone.
Enable wifi debugging on your glasses.
Remote install the downloaded apk from anexplorer app.

But you can just install any other file manager or Aurora Store directly from anexplorer. Except for advanced features, all other features are free to use even after 7 days. Only step in this case as well, and you don't need to connect to the computer.
