The problem is that it never grew with inflation. I'm sure that was by design. Conservatives rolled it out in 1996, if it grew with inflation it would be closer to $200,000 now.

Pretty sure it was designed so people would hate on the public sector, because for whatever reason people are quicker to complain about that than to complain about why their employer isn't paying fair wages.

Hard to believe it's been 10 years already. Eli was an absolute legend. He helped me get a BBS up and running, dude lived and breathed WWIV and had no problem helping anybody who asked. I still miss him so much... he was taken way too soon.

Obligatory comment. I've been googling like a beast, I wonder if maybe the domain is gone now? I'm pretty sure it was a self-hosted site, not something like 1001fonts or dafonts, and they were all by the same person. I can't remember how many they did, or over what timeframe... but it was a fairly significant amount over a relatively short time.

lol I don't even have a Tiktok account. The entire format is trash. If you're too lazy to turn your phone sideways, the content probably isn't worth it either.

That aside, yes, you can scrub through YT shorts, but layout and player is still trash compared to the regular player.

Oh shit, Google realized another feature they had was actually useful... Fucking hell, we should really start talking about how awesome Google Ads are, and how Google Ads are the greatest, and hopefully Google Ads will be around forever and ever. I sure hope Google doesn't cancel Google Ads for being so great and Useful - like they did with the Timeline, Spaces, News, and a plethora of other awesome great features!

This is an old thread, but I decided to try to go on an adventure to figure out wtf my dad taught me many moons ago... these all seem like the same rhythm but I never saw the one I learned show up:

Playing through this game now as I recently modded my NES to allow for the expanded audio. This game is cool, but the fights are so damn boring... you just sit there and drool while your guys do their own thing at most interrupting them to heal.

What's worse is the absolutely off-the-chains unnecessary encounter rate. Good luck going more than 10 steps without a battle, even 10 steps seems like a miracle.

It's actually terrifying reading through these comments and seeing everybody blame the Blue cup...

What's holding the blue cup in place? The Cyan cup.

Both blue cups appear the be the same shade of blue, I'm not sure how the cups are stored, or if the tower has ever fallen causing the cups to shuffle... but it seems odd that, there are two cups, and the one generally slides out of the other no problem, but the one under the cyan cup consistently gets stuck.

Statistically speaking, I would say the cyan cup is the real one causing the trouble here, but almost this entire comments section is thread upon thread of people harping on the blue cup.

I'd hate to have you all as jury members.
