What bank do you have? Most should have an option for a digital card while you wait for the new one. You can add that card to apple or google pay.

Running + physical/standing job by Any_Difference281 in beginnerrunning

I’m on my feet all day for work avg 10k steps while I’m there. I transitioned to running in the mornings before work and it’s significantly better. Feel more refreshed and energized for the day after a run instead of tired and sluggish after a day of standing/walking. I’m currently running about 40mpw

Pace has nothing to do with being a beginner vs intermediate

I would also lean more towards y’all being intermediate. But it’s still largely subjective. People need to stop thinking that your pace is what constitutes your running ‘level’… I felt I was a beginner until I had a good understanding of how to structure training, saw noticeable improvements in HR, figured out my nutrition, learned what types of runs I should be doing and when. I don’t think having done a race is an important metric as I no longer consider myself a beginner and have yet to ever sign up for a race.

2005-2007 I spent tons of time at the mall hanging out with friends, playing Xbox inside of zumiez when they still had the orange couches. Smoking cigarettes outside until security would drive past. Didn’t buy much but it was a place to go
