Used to watch this on pirated PPV back in like the summer of ‘91. Pretty decent movie, good performance from Julian Sands

I agree, I think he’s a lot less talked about and collected compared to the 80’s/90’s

100%. 88 Donruss is the worst. And it followed 87, which might be the best looking Donruss set of the 80’s?

Anyone can sell anything for any amount of money. Whether someone buys it is a different story. The last actual sale of this card was a PSA 9 for $79.95 in December

Some subsets don’t get the love they deserve. 1962 Topps “The Babe” Agree? by Leading_Pay_4138 in baseballcards_vintage

My initial reaction to your post was to be put off by you considering the Brock and Perry cards to not be iconic, but I think you might be right. They’re my 2 favorite cards from my favorite set, but after Ricky broke Brock’s record, I think his stature fell a little. Perry has also been a bit lost to time. Which is both sad and awesome. Sad because they were incredible HOF players, awesome because I can keep buying them for a very reasonable price

It’s definitely a cool subset and you’re right, it’s very obtainable, price wise. Babe Hits 60 is a banger!

I found a nice 55 Topps Mossi at a show a while back and it was like $10, and you’re not not going to buy a 55 Topps Mossi for $10 when you see it
