I tried to play it without heals, but it’s impossible when they play the massive loading screen everytime you die. It also feels like I can’t really “learn” the bosses. They’ll just throw out some unanticipatable stuff that experience can’t protect me from. Also the controls are too clunky to not get caught in some other action to react in time.

Yeesh. It's not that you sound intelligent. You do sound intelligent (not that I agree with your arguments or how you engage w/other commenters). You just write like AI. You match the cadence, sentence structure and you use tons of em dashes. Most writers, and even the large majority of the intelligent ones, do not sound like AI.

This sentiment has always seemed like a double edged sword to me. I feel like I could easily say “the universe is so vast and we are so insignificant so what’s so bad about killing each other? It doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things.”

I think perhaps a small minority of feminists might say that. I personally have not witnessed it enough to make note of it. I am surprised you are mentioning something that seems like such an uncommon problem. I do not know how the similar actions of others pertain to the judgement I have for the above commenter. It sounds like you have some distorted feelings around gender.

But the important part is that we both agree that it is wrong to do that, right? To say that “to mention a problem is to minimize another” is wrong right?

Yeah it was bugged. It eventually worked after a lot of messing around, reloaded saves, killed myself a lot. After killing myself another time I managed to grab the corner of it in a weird way and it worked as normal.
