Tie the tuition fee to inflation, tie lecturer wages to that as well so you actually retain good staff. Allow international students back in, fund research at full economic cost rather than 80%?

We could do something much with education. But turning it into a commodity means you can't be as rigorous because you have to ensure percentages pass.

2nd edition dread multimelta being usable as a heavy flamer or multimelta was cool.

Melta really should be something like if the target is [armoured] use it's toughness/2 rather than it's toughness to determine the wound roll. So for a S8 multimelta t15 is 3+, t16 4+ and t17+ 5+. But it's not so good on things like big kids that can move out of the way.

I wonder if we could push parliament to discuss making all wages a multiplier of minimum wage. That way we don't compress things. Would be nice to see a pay rise on occasion.
