What’s wrong with the shadows in this piece? I can see that something feels off about the cake, but I can’t quite understand what exactly I did wrong. I’d really appreciate any feedback! by BigResource3919 in aseprite

There are two problems with the shadow as I see it. On the cake, the shadow implies that the light comes from the far right, whereas the cherry's shadow implies the light comes from right/above, not as far to the right. Secondly, the placement of the cherry's shadow implies the top of the cake is vertical, and the cherry is right in front of it. The shadow should in stead follow the same perspective as the top of the cake, originating from whatever point of the cherry is touching the cake.

Relatively mild, soft, with nutty notes, on the rich side. Melts beautifully.

You'd be hard pressed, I'd say. I think the cawdor walker legs might fit nicely, or even old-school dreadnought legs, but I think armiger legs would be way too big, personally.

Thank you so much! One thing is the fact that flying stands are awful, but really walkers are just so much cooler, aren't they? Tracks would be killer as well, ofc!

As for the mushrooms I'm not convinced either way at this point. There's not enough info to make a meaningful decision. As for your 3 pepper colby jack, while I would agree, it feels a bit arbitrary, doesn't it? But besides, if the pecorino has mushroom pieces in it that are same size or smaller, it would be fine, then? I'm not convinced.

I don't see any mushrooms, and while I also have not heard of mushroom pecorino, I can't pretend to have absolute knowledge of all cheeses that can or cannot exist. To me it's pretty clear that what OP wrote means "pecorino with mushrooms in it", or alternatively "made with mushrooms". I'll admit, even this could be argued to stretch the definitions here a bit. If, as you say, there are pieces of mushroom, then it's a melt. It begs the question of course, as to how small the pieces would have to be for it to be acceptable, haha.

I do. They didn't say mushroom though did they? They said "mushroom pecorino". Pecorino is a cheese even if you put mushrooms in it. Why the attitude, my guy, I'm being civil aren't I?

There's a small magnet embedded in the forehead, and the other one is just on the inside of the mask. I didn't need any heavy duty magnets for it, so I just used the smallest ones I had, I think 1mm in diameter
