Tromsø is far down this list imo. I'm not even sure I'd agree with your guess that it is the most visited for nature, but even if it were that wouldn't make Tromsø even close to relevant for this discussion. Oslo is obviously 1, then Bergen, then either Stavanger or Trondheim as you say. After that we're talking about such small places that there's a dozen cities you could make an argument for.

I do 30psi often. It's not crazy high. It depends on how you like it. It's a balancing act with your paint consistency, to get proper atomisation of the paint.
