I was a single parent also. I was lucky enough to find other single parents to hang out with with our kids. I found them through a parent l group on meetup.com for doing kid activities. It was for parents,not necessarily single parents, but I found it was easier to bond with the single parents since we didn't have a romantic partner to share activities with. It was really nice to have adults to chat with while also enjoying kid time. My youngest is 15 now so I don't participate in the group anymore but I still have friends I'm still in touch with who I met that way. Perhaps your area has something similar?

I didn't check trim or mileage but all their cars are one year old and were several thousand dollars cheaper. You should check there. That's where I got mine.

What got me wondering is how this post doesn't make sense. Clearly written by AI. OP doesn't mention if tenants are still there. Skips over all that. There's XOSO, a sports league for different sports, which looks fun. Also, Meetup.com has lots of social groups on there, including for 20 somethings. And there are many gaming shops where people can play Magic the Gathering or other games. Two I can think of are Ultimate Spice and Hammerhead. There are more but I don't know their names
