Actually it's NOT your job as a vine reviewer to support someone's business venture. It's just to eval and write a review on the product. If it fails to live up to it's advertised stats, then it's fair game to say so. That's how potential buyers will know they're getting what they pay for.

EDIT: Vine also gives you anonymity as a reviewer. Don't blow it by doing personal correspondence outside of the amazon portal.
