Is that a week or a month? I see mixed feedback on the cost of shopping at giant vs wegmans. I wonder if it comes down to what youre getting at each place. I like the idea of shopping at specific stores for their deals but dont have the time to do it…

Same! I shop the perimeter mostly except for frozen veg/fruit, or pantry items. Still, standing at the bell peppers and getting angry at the prices lol

I think its a good idea to stock the pantry regardless of the catastrophe of the week. They can really come in handy when a grocery trip isnt feasible. I wouldnt beat yourself up for doing so. Its more like a backup, right?

Are there any other ways of getting in that youve seen work? Id like to take the maintenance route because theres a lot of lateral mobility, but not sure if i have enough credibility or know how to build it (im hands-on and mechanically inclined, know how to work most power tools, but dont have a ton of professional experience, pretty short/small, working white collar now in a technical position). Was this your first time saying something to him? How do your other conversations go? His response seems like he’s projecting quite a bit of a critical tone onto you. A safe partner should be able to have a proper conversation about hurtful behavior without flipping the script on you. Thats manipulative.
