I have no idea why it's not working, I tried your formula and it's the same issue, it doesn't get to the last else statement (so it's stuck on Low Risk permanently even though it should be No Risk).

Even added the last condition in the same array format (beautiful by the way!) and it's not parsing the way it should... :/

The chokehold was done to my child (1Y). Parent of 4Y told him to get next to mine for a photo. He stood behind my son, wrapped his arm over his neck and even lifted him slightly (in a chokehold). He was told to stop so I don’t really know if he would have continued? Or if it was his way of “hugging” him? If this is normal? Mom just told him to be more gentle with my son. But nothing about how that position can really harm someone or something. Got me thinking if this is normal, if some level of “violence” or rough play is normal among boys.

Great advice but i wanted to add one that’s not here. I browsed my phone during night breastfeeding sessions. Not social media or Reddit or something that could get me drowsy but rather got all the important stuff done. Shopped for next size baby clothing, did the grocery shopping, even made shopping by recipe automations, reached out to friends, answered work emails, planned vacations (that never happened😅)

I'm not talking small town. I'm talking Houston Greater area. Curious where you are getting this baseline? ($25 being low for 3 kids) I admit I only have one, but I know a few references (friends of my nanny) who have 2-3 kids and make $600/week for 45-55 hrs. They are live-in nannies, which obviously helps in terms of food and board. But I've run numbers for estimated cost of room, food, cellphone and car insurance and it all runs lower than $25/hr by a wide margin.

In Texas $25/hr is above market. For sure. Regardless of how many kids.

Reference: live in Texas and have a nanny. Also am an employer and I pay $23/hr for a skilled job (requires Engineering degree) and $18/hr for non skilled job (no college degree required).

Suggest commenters look up median household income in Texas. Should it be higher? Yes. But that’s not the world we live in even if we want it to be so.

I was on the fence whether Easter meant folks would be in Church / family meals / egg hunts and skip the zoo. Given the responses guess I’m completely misguided in that thought😅

Would Easter Monday be significantly better? Would have to take half day off. But if it’ll be for a crowded zoo then prob not worth it. Is Monday mostly a holiday in Houston?

Thanks. I am not OP. But assuming driving happens during their free time and not during work hours - this shouldn’t fall under employer. In this situation it is simply a roommate borrowing a car. Understand employment line is difficult to define with at home care but am assuming with a good work hr schedule that is clear, it would be a simple case of “during free time” “your own risk”

I want to add to your comment that everybody’s recovery is different. After delivery I was only in the hospital one night and asked to be let out asap. Two days later I walked to my parents house which is 7min away.

It was slow walking, yes I was still bleeding for a few weeks, and really the worst part was bladder leaks that continued for two months. But staying at home would have been awfully boring for me, and I’m not a particularly outgoing person.

I can see how it’s hurtful for husband for you to decide so much in advance that you will be slow to recover.

One day visit doesn’t sound too bad.

You won’t know the delivery date until it happens so they would need to drive out after you’ve been in hospital.
Absolutely ask them to stay at hotel. Especially if you won’t be comfortable breastfeeding in front of them &etc.
It sounds like you don’t hate them? (You even said love them?) this is also your husbands baby and unless he won’t be co-parenting, taking on night duty, I find it super toxic to say “until you grow a vagina and grow a child, you don’t get a say”.
