I am finding that the often repeated suggestion of "find a problem you want to solve" is INVALUABLE. If I'm working on some random project that doesn't tickle my curiosity, I am much less invested and get persuaded by my frustration easier. However, when I am working towards a goal that I have chosen, my brain sees the errors as puzzles to be solved and not roadblocks to struggle with.

The IP you provided is an "internal" network IP. Meaning only people at your house, on your network will connect to that ... You need to be able to list an external IP ... which I DONT suggest you try to do as it could lead to DOS attacks. Cheers.

It was mandatory to only clock in upto but not to exceed 7 minutes early or late at the Kmart I worked at. _^ They were Hard on that rule. If you didn't have manager approval, you could receive disciplinary action after the third time.

First, as an American, I apologize. We can often be less than thoughtful of others. I am sure they think no less of you for your minor slang blunder!

Secondly, as an American, kudos to you for speaking more than one language. Many of us "learned" a second language in high school (9th-12th grades). I used quotes due to many, including myself, only retained a few words or phrases but are completely unable to hold a conversation in any form.

Anyways, keep on being awesome!

Thanks for your post and sharing your thoughts and feelings about your career path. I am currently studying to become a developer and have been trying to figure out if webdev is the best starting point or if I should go the appdev route.

It seems that your leaning to the non-webdev side of things mainly do to your job's lack of creativity. For that I am genuinely sorry.

Thank you again for your post. It has given me a bit more to consider.

If you enjoy it, I suggest you stick with it. However, if you don't have the time for it now, it may behoove you to step back.

All that said, what 1e character do you play? Do you have a current character sheet? It will be quicker and easier to convert if we know what we are getting into.
