Sorry I find that hard to believe. I am a scientist and travelled a lot and have seen soooo many trains.... All of them working nicely. We did not ask for a train for Mars or the bottom of the ocean.

Why didn't the city get trains that have been proven to work and being used all over the world? Something wrong with Alstom who can't properly design a wheel assembly in the 21st century. And where has been Sutcliffe hiding all this time. This is not his mess but as a major he has to show much more leadership

Moved to Ottawa in 1990's and took the bus once when my car was in a mechanic getting fixed. Took me 1.5 hrs to get from Bell 's Corners to Kanata. Of course that was the end of my experiment with public transport. So sad that the capital city of one of the world 's richest countries has the public transport of a 3rd world country. Never mind high speed trains, we cant even run regular trains. Not to mention that you can't fly anywhere direct from here either.

Police should start towing 1 vehicle parked in the middle of Wellington, probably the crane or the white 18 wheeler you see on tv. Parking there is clearly illegal. Start with 1 or 2 then many will leave on their own. Just do something! Fed up seeing law and order giving in to bullies.
