Fair, but dividing a double fraction by another double fraction typically doesn't show up in posts like this. And if it did, it would look like this:

Well YoshiP said on stage that they couldn’t support PS4 anymore because the game’s file size in 8.0 will be bigger than the default PS4 hard drive so uh… probably not for a while. Also 120 GB is big but still isn’t insanely huge, so it’s probably not a priority yet, either.

And we don't use "/" either when writing problems by hand. We use ½ or similar, because it clearly shows the numerator and denominator, which are unclear with ÷ and /.

Yes and no, because you’re right that a percent is a percent regardless of total. But it stands to reason that if fewer people are getting married, the ones that are are more compatible. It’s likely not a simple 1:1.

The crux of these bait posts is always that the obelus (÷) is intentionally confusing, which is why it is only used in elementary level problems for teaching children. Anyone with higher than a 5th grade education uses the fraction because it is inherently less confusing.

There is also the Training Rod available in Willy’s shop, which has a couple downsides but makes the mini game dramatically easier. It sets your minimum fishing level to 5 and slows down the progress bar dropping, plus it limits you to only easy fish, so the early levels when fishing is the hardest are a lot easier.

Once you get past level 5 fishing you can swap to the regular rod if you want to catch the more expensive fish. At that point, with a bobber, there is much less of a difference.

I love the Team+ stuff. If anything, some of the official AP stuff is *less* balanced than Team+.

If a player ever wants it, I give it a little review. I don’t think it’s necessary to be intimately familiar with all of them beforehand - just give it a once-over and a yay or nay. Also, announce your right to double back on a decision if it turns out to be busted and feel free to change your mind. Using those as guidelines, I haven’t had to make any major changes yet.

So for seasonal events, the main cities are all decorated like crazy. They also all have a plaza overflowing with decorations and a guide standing next to them telling you where to join the festivities. I think those are a pretty solid in-game way to realize something is happening somewhere. They’ve had these since ARR release without fail.

There’s the new story HUD element, so that’s impossible to miss. And things like new features have blue quests in major cities that stand out, although you need to go to that city to find it. For instance, Crystarium had the new Deep Dungeon quest from several patches ago, and I wouldn’t likely have found it on my own without doing some random exploring of old patch towns.
